<p> 梅里雪山脚下“弦子之乡”德钦县升平镇的一位汉子，现为县文化馆长，从事文化工作二十馀年。自幼喜爱民间歌舞，从十岁起学拉弦子，曾在五省藏区民间音乐大演弦子演奏中获“羚羊杯”奖，多次参加省、州、县的民族民间歌舞汇演，获过一、二、三等奖，还组织搜集整理创作民族民间歌舞，出版发行过《古道神韵》、《太子神韵》等民族音乐专辑。现他的弦子演奏水平已炉火纯青，被人们称为“弦子王”。 <p> Guang-ping <p> Also known as "The Xianzi King", XU Guang-ping has, for the last 20 years, been the chief operating officer of Diqing Cultural Center. Born in "the Land of Xianzi", Shengping Town of Deqin County, at the foot of Meili Snow Mountain, he has studied Xianzi since the age of ten. XU is a recipient of the "Antelope Cup" for Xianzi in the Tibetan Five Province Folk Music Competition, in addition to several prizes in county, prefecture and provincial theatrical festivals. Under his guidance, Xu has issued several folk music albums, such as "Charm of the Ancient Path" and "Charm of the Prince." <p>
